I used a JL Flash here with gloves from a Phantasm.
I retained the Flash hands. The head was the Flash
head with the sculpted over caste of a Terry
McGinness head and sculpted hair. The cape I dont
remember. The belt pouches came from a Luthor
belt. The buckle was a bit of plastic.
