Very simply, this was a Tomar Re with the head
from a Kyle Raynor. The collar came from a
Booster Gold. The cape came from a Superman.
I used vinyl for the lower tunic. The booties
were from a Harley Quinn. The emblem was
printed out. The buckle was a bit of plastic.
