I used a JLords WW for Nelvana. The
skirt was made from vinyl. Yes, I did use
a pipe cleaner for the skirt fringe. The
gloves came from a BTAS Robin. I used
hair from Dr Light and sculpted the
front of it. The headband was a rubber
band and the wings were clear vinyl.
