I used a Luthor to make Heatwave. I used the
bracelets and hands from a John Stewart for
the gauntlets. The gun harness came from Luthor.
The head came from a Dove with a sculpted
helmet. The gun came from a Star Wars figure.
The backpack was a Green Arrow quiver.
