This was a fairly easy figure to make. The head was from a JLU
Flash. The body was a Tomar Re. The belt was vinyl with a
couple of pouches from Luthor and a sliced piece of plastic for
the buckle. The dragon design had to be painted on twice. The
first time it didnt come out quite to my liking.
