The most important part of this early WWII Dr Fate
is the truncated helmet. I took a Super Powers Dr Fate
helmet and sliced off the lower section first, then
carefully cut around the back, leaving the ears in place.
Then I took a STAS Superman head and cut it to fit.
It fit perfectly. The collar is from a Titan AE figure.
The shoulder pieces are sculpted. The body was a
Sinestro with the limbs of a JL Batman. The amulet is
the shoulder of an Aztek. The cape came from a JLU
Superman that was cut to fit around the shoulder pieces.
