I used a Waverider figure with a
John Stewart head. I sculpted on
the headgear and shoulder pieces. I
used a piece of sheet foam for the
belt. The belt cuffs were made with rubber
bands, as were the epaulets. The cape came
from a Mr Miracle. I cut it in grooves to fit
along the top of the shoulders and details. The
